1. Introduction

As blockchain technologies rapidly evolve, the security and sustainability of networks depend on the assurance provided by independent validators. SkyLabs delivers validator services on high-performance networks like Solana, Polkadot, and Cosmos, forming one of the fundamental building blocks of the ecosystem.

Current Status: We currently operate as validators on 7 active networks, securing approximately $400,000 worth of crypto assets. This position demonstrates not only our technical capacity but also our reliability within the ecosystem.

Our multi-chain approach allows us to provide comprehensive validation services across different blockchain architectures, ensuring maximum security and performance for our delegators and the networks we serve.

SkyLabs' vision extends beyond simply validating blocks. We aim to be a transparent, scalable, and reliable infrastructure provider that serves developers, delegators, and communities with comprehensive solutions.

3. Problem Statement

Current blockchain networks face several critical challenges for developers and projects:

  • Scalability: RPC/REST endpoints are free, but usage above 100+ requests per second incurs fees, making it difficult for large-scale projects to access data efficiently.
  • Accessibility: Lack of fast and reliable access to chain data slows down project development processes.
  • Security: Network security can be compromised when validator portfolios are limited.
  • Data Archiving: Irregular sharing of chain history snapshots leads to time loss in node synchronization.

4. SkyLabs Solution

SkyLabs addresses these challenges by developing the following solutions:

  • Token-Based RPC Service: High-volume access to RPC/REST endpoints is charged using SkyLabs Token, creating a transparent and scalable revenue model.
  • Explorer and Analytics Solutions: Advanced explorer platforms providing validator performance, delegation distribution, network data, and transaction details.
  • Snapshot and Data Sharing: Regular snapshots of networks are produced and shared for developers, accelerating node setups and contributing to ecosystem development.
  • Validator Portfolio Expansion: Taking on validator roles in new networks strengthens security and integrates staking revenues into the SkyLabs Token economy.
